Approach to Abstraction
When inspiration is allowed to follow an intuition that bridges concept, feeling, idea, media, and process- then intuition for intuition can occur. This is a creative level where one feels directed by art, rather than the author. To thrive within this level of creativity requires an entire immersion, a worldview that one must nearly fool oneself into being within. This is not the easy abstraction of mental construct and media exploration, but a fully engaged transformation of self through the act of forming the intangible.
