This commission created a bronze tarantula wearing a rock harnass, 4 climbing shoes, and sporting a climbing pack strapped with climbing ropes and a helmet. Tarantulas are delicate spiders, and safety always comes first when climbing. The sculpture represents The Itsy Bisty Spider, in a new Mother Goose nature garden for preschool students at Wichita Collegiate School in Wichita, Kansas.
